LPR spouse petitions move more slowly than US citizen petitions, so it makes sense they're working on it now. I believe USCIS guidelines are that a case worker is allowed 60 days to adjudicate a case when assigned and it is being "actively reviewed", sometimes we really run into Aholes that leave it to day 59 due to negligence or overload of past cases.
